Shuanglong, building upon the introduction of advanced technology, has independently innovated and developed a fully automated transfer warehouse rotary mixer. With this achievement, Shuanglong has become a manufacturer equipped with both container-fixed and container-rotary mixing technologies, better meeting the production needs of users.
Application Industries
This container-rotary mixing equipment is designed to meet the sanitary-grade requirements of industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, metallurgy, and chemicals. It directly rotates transfer containers to achieve mixing, ensuring high hygiene standards.
A container-rotary mixing device designed for sanitary-grade requirements in pharmaceutical, food, metallurgical, and chemical fields, which directly performs rotary mixing of transfer containers.
Working Principle
1、Direct Drive Mixing:
The mixer drives the transfer container directly to rotate, achieving thorough mixing. This design offers broad adaptability, allowing materials to move from raw input to finished product storage without intermediate equipment, thereby eliminating the risk of cross-contamination. The transfer container can be manufactured to meet high sanitary standards, fulfilling the stringent requirements of industries like pharmaceuticals and food.
2、Automated Container Locking System:
The equipment features an automated container clamping device, eliminating the need for manual operation during container fixation. This significantly enhances operational safety and improves work efficiency.
3、PLC Control System:
The entire system is controlled by a PLC-based industrial automation system, enabling fully automated production. It operates according to preset mixing processes and includes fault diagnostic functions, providing comprehensive support for production, usage, and maintenance.
4、Advanced Drive Mechanism:
The drive system employs a worm gear reducer with a self-locking function. When the reducer’s input stops, the output halts immediately, effectively reducing the inertial impact of rotating components.
A tire-type flexible coupling connects the reducer to the rotating parts, effectively dampening shock loads and extending the overall service life of the equipment.
The motor is equipped with a braking system, ensuring the rotating frame stops precisely at designated positions.
