Production Process

Process classification management

Based on the degree of impact on product quality, the production process implements a three-tier classified management system: special processes (stator core impregnation and baking, rotor aluminum casting, high-voltage motor frame welding), key processes (stator core stacking, rotor dynamic balancing, motor final assembly), and general processes (mechanical component machining and electrical work). Dedicated process specifications are established for each category, with certified operators performing the tasks and inspectors conducting full-process monitoring.

Quality Inspection System

Every motor undergoes comprehensive performance testing and documentation before leaving the factory. For mature products, regular sampling is conducted for full-performance testing at the laboratory station. New products and design changes undergo complete type tests—including electrical performance, vibration, and noise assessments—in accordance with the "Type Test Control Regulations."

Core Process Technologies

  • Vibration Control: Spectrum analysis accurately locates vibration sources, optimizing rotor balance precision and structural design.
  • VPI Insulation Process: High-voltage, high-power, and variable-frequency motors undergo vacuum pressure impregnation to ensure insulation performance and service life.
  • Full-process Traceability: For motors of H315 and above specifications, full lifecycle tracking of major components is implemented to ensure zero-defect delivery.
